Also, you pay one price and that includes all features, unlike some other services that keep charging you more as you add complications to your return. This product is designed for people who know something about how taxes work, so if you know very little you might find it confusing.

Difficult to use and requires a lot of manual entry when doing a business return for an LLC S-Corp. need more entries that are done by interviews rather than opening up the program and manually entering in information to the form.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The software keeps having glitches for years now

1. The software has no recovery if password is forgotten for previous year's taxes that are needing imported.
2. The state form support is non existent with good interview.
3. The state sent multiple issues with the way software filled out the data.
4. The software doesn't do a good job with the resolution of errors and missing data and keeps circling back.
5. Some forms get added where they may not be necessary and the software doesn't have an easy way of removing the forms.
