HR blocks home tax software is fairly good, but their business software feels like something made in the early 1990’s. From menu selections to window expansion capabilities (or lack of), they need to get with current programming and design principles. It still works, but will drop as soon as a comparable cost-wise product is available
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The Premium or personal income tax portion was easy to use as usual. This was the first year I opted for Business software. I was really disappointed that it was primarily forms to be completed and very limited interview.
Cons: Time consuming

I use h&r block tax program for 2023. It was easy to download and use. It also did not allow me to e-file because of an update that was missing which I appreciate it once the update for a form that I needed was finalized by the IRS then I was notified and I was able to proceed and e-file. I was guided all the way I believe it was the best program to use at this time and also the price was excellent.
