This product is a great deal, and they could improve it for long-time users only by sending out the promos a littler earlier, but even at full rate, it gets the job done, and in every case it has caught things I almost missed deduction-wise.
I think I have used it for over 20 years, and I am really happy with the results, and with the program and its support. For me, a must-have, and with even mildly organized information, it takes two or three hours tops for me to do my taxes. Great product.

Very good overall, but I sometimes struggled when definitions were not very clear, especially when I was getting into something that was new to me, such as required minimum distributions. Providing examples of input would help.
