I elected to file my Form 1065 by mail. The business program would not let me enter Ogden, Utah, on Part I, Line c. It stayed at electronically filed, so that had to be written in by pen. Hope it doesn't cause a problem at the IRS. Also, we had some other income that was not ordinary business or rental and that was entered on Line 11 of Sch K, Form 1065 and also on Line 11 of Sch K-1. The space to describe the source of income was limited to one line -- seems like it should have at least two lines. I would like to file the 1065 electronically, but don't know how. It is easy with the Form1040. The 1040 program works well.

Cons: Hard to prepare

I have used H&R Block software for many years now. This year was the only year I had issues with the vehicle depreciation not inputting correctly in the software. I had to remove that for the return to be accepted by the IRS. I would recommend to add support back to the software version because I called in and support wasn't able to assist me. They recommended going to one of the offices and the office state they couldn't help because i was going through the software and not the office.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

For the most part, this is a good product. There are some convenience tweeks that would be great. Like being able to print selected 1099's instead of the entire page. There was something else the program would not allow me to do, in respect to my business, and I can't remember what it was since we are so far removed from tax season for this review. It was not critical but would have been helpful. So, as stated in the title, for the most part this is a good tax program.
