The business tax software is horrible. The only reason to use it is to continue the pain from last year. If yiu are looking for a new business product don't buy this one. It os straight from 1999 in its interface and has zero instructions. It can't be made by the same group that makes the personal software because that's great and easy to use.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Have now used H&R Block tax software for two tax seasons, & I'm very satisfied. it replaces TurboTax just fine. Reason for the switch: TurboTax was taking me too far away from the tax forms themselves & was making too many decisions under the covers without letting me know why. I want to KNOW what tax options I'm taking. HRB is more like the old TurboTax. It's easy to toggle between interview mode & tax forms. HRB \'s help files don't explain a lot of the more arcane state options, so you need to know more about what you're doing than with TurboTax, but you can SEE what the question is and google an explanation or strategies. I like that a lot. I also think I'm getting slightly better deductions because of the more exposed details.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
