Block Needs to Fix Child Care Tax Credit Nebraska

For tax years 2022 and 2023 Child care tax credit is not refundable on the Federal return, but for the state of Nebraska child care tax credit is refundable. H&R Blocks Nebraska program does not allow it. I had to use another program to file Nebraska in 2023. Had to file an amended return for 2022.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

The program allows me to import data from last year and guides me though my reporting and deductions, audits my return information for thoroughness, and submit my return. I typically receive my refund in about two weeks.
