Regular user for several years and the software mostly works, with no easy way to see a list of know issues (Bugs) nor a way to report them easily. I found 2 this year that stood out and found 1 of them to be consistent over the last 3 years of software publication at full update level.

Business 2025 is weak with the state "interviews". I file in Colorado, and there was no "interview" at all.
And for the price, I should be able to file both my personal Federal and State online for no additional cost.

Overall great, program good, trying to download the state tax program or portion was difficult and instructions confusing with what it said and actually happened, did not have this issue in previous years tax program good

One small change please. Two years in a row I have missed the question asking if I had an IRS Pin. The important question is stuck in with a bunch of “normally” No questions. Is there a way to specifically ask this question as a stand alone question right up front at the start of the return.

thought it would be as easy as turbo tax, NOT. you almost have to be a CPA to understand it, plus some of the carry overs did not add up correctly.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

2 suggestions.
1. Bring back the ability to compare filing jointly vs separately.
2. When the taxes/refund amount goes up or down, knowing the amount of change is not as important as to why it changed. I often have changes to the taxes/refund number with no input by me.
