The product works good. However, I know form my uncle that your PA personal tax software does not correctly handle the PA Tax Exempt income. The PA tax software erroneously adds this PA tax exempt income as taxable income for PA purposes.

On the Individual: the interview about IRA RMD falsely calculated I had a penalty. I had to use the Whole Form to get it right.
On the Business: 1099 and 1096 were not intuitve causing frustration. I was disappointed I could not file electronically.

I went to up date the business tax software and the update wiped out and deleted the software I had installed. I had to re-install it and then re-enter all the business tax return information. WATCH your credit card statement. I went to efile my personal return and clicked file accepting a charge. I got an error message (buggy software). I then had to go back into the the personal return and resubmit - this time it efile was successful. BUT my credit card was charged twice for one efile. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. WATCH OUT!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
