Confusing interface compared to Turbo Tax. Much more difficult to use. Often have forms included with the final submission that don’t need to be filed.

Very easy to sue with lots of ways to check things

Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

The software had a serious flaw. Two calls to support resulted in nothing. Both folks were pleasant and tried to be helpful, but they were not able to tell many anything other than that there was a known problem and a fix was on the way. After 3 weeks and two updates to software, the problem persists.

Overall it worked for my filing with some checking of a number of instructions and additional forms.. I use a Mac and had to apply parallels and windows 11 to run the program. Would have rather had the premium and business software work entirely on a macintosh so please try to make those changes next year.
Cons: Hard to import documents
