I have a hard time with the fact that there are still parts of the software that are not available like estimated taxes. I like to give my people estimated taxes when I have finished their returns. It’s taken forever. Things to be submitted this year. I know it has a lot to do with the IRS and I hope President Trump does something about them. They’re about three years behind.

I have been purchasing this software for several years and every year I have the same issues with the business software. It crashes continually and I spent 4 hours on the phone with support this year and I still have problems. The first agent I spoke to had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. The second agent was helpful and got me working but that didn't last for long. Now when I go to print the returns, I get an error and need to shut down the program. The only way I can print the return is to save it as a PDF and then print. I don't understand how these problems can happen every year and you can't put some energy into fixing it.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tried to use the help in an area. Its response was I can’t answer that now. I asked same question but in a different way. Got same response. I finally Googled my question and got the answer.
Also the final review didn’t tell me there was a problem with me filing status. I got a rejection from the IRS had to correct it and file again. Costing me to use another one of my 5 free e-file. Either improve the final review or don’t use another free e-file
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Confusing interface compared to Turbo Tax. Much more difficult to use. Often have forms included with the final submission that don’t need to be filed.

The software had a serious flaw. Two calls to support resulted in nothing. Both folks were pleasant and tried to be helpful, but they were not able to tell many anything other than that there was a known problem and a fix was on the way. After 3 weeks and two updates to software, the problem persists.
