Purchased preseason at a reasonable cost to provide support for my businesses and a couple of nonprofits. Worked very well. Only shortcoming I noticed is that you can't file extensions electronically without paying a fee. That seems very nickel-dimey.

Great product with a minor issue on state returns

I have used this for at least 15 years and love the ease and clarifying questions to get the most deductions. My one complaint is with some state return software that frequently indicates that the program does not use a particular form and you must acquire it from that state. This then prohibit you from filing electronically with that state and you typically must also provide a printed copy of your IRS return as well as the printed copy of the state return.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Business 2025 would not work at all at first. I had to wait until a product update was released that fixed a major bug keeping me from using it at all. Then, I didn't like that I had to pay full freight for a 2nd State package I needed. Finally, after submitting 2 States and 1 Federal return thru H&R Block Premium, I found errors that were not caught by H&R Block's software that required me to prepare 2 amended State returns. I prepared the amended returns, but at the end of the process, H&R Block SW indicated that amended returns could not be filed electronically due to a product or software issue. And so I was instructed to mail in the amended returns. All-in-all, this was pretty frustrating.
