When working the software was excellent. However, it is plagued by bugs and frequently quits working..."an unexpected error has occurred...". This spoils the user experience.

Personal does a very good job. Only issue is the finalizing and printing at the end. A little confusing. Review found an issue with state efile, even though I did not choose to efile the state. And the timing of when the printing of state happens Is confusing.
The business side is a little more cumbersome. K1 information does not carry over from prior and is extra work to reenter every year. The review finds errors that are unrelated to my taxes or unfixable, required fields that are not filled in because the interview never asked.

Personal software good, business software is BAD

Your business software is bad and getting worse year after year! It crashed (Windows application errors) a dozen times before I finished my business taxes. Even after finishing I am unable to print returns due to multiple crashes.

I've been using the Business software for years. It works when you understand the syntax and methodology. But it is "clunky" to use at first.
Updates out late, for Individual tax software I understand since there are more changes there by the Congress / IRS than for business.
I continue to use since I have used and learned it's quirks. I'd recommend another product if just starting out.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
