Buggy. crashes on opening & loses completed files

When the program works, it's great. But it has a bug, that's been ongoing for years, that corrupts the database holding your tax files so that they just disappear when you open the program to continue working. (The program crashes on opening, unable to open some path). There's a fix online, but the program needs to be fixed. Another problem with it, IF you get a new computer, you best have a copy of last years program, since you have to have it on your new computer to carry over last years files (which most likely will have the same bug). You can't just copy last years data file over to the new computer and tell this years program to import it, that would just be way to easy. The print module likes to crash as well.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works, but it has bugs. I wasn't able to import last year's return into the Business Software and had to start again from scratch. It gives you a message that says the form is in use and it can't import it. The interview is also clunky. Even though you tell it you're a domestic corporation, it continues to ask questions about business conducted outside the country. When you're finished, the error check finds a lot of empty boxes that weren't addressed in the interview. You then have to go back and open the whole form and manually enter the info.
