There were a few items that were frustrating 1.couldn't back up to add drivers license info after going past it -finally went to my entries and was able to get back to it. 2. On business return I get the same error every year - checks box for personal income which shouldn't be there - doesn't apply and takes forever to find the work sheet to delete it. Also business return doesn't auto save - so when I closed the return it wasn't saved and I had to reenter all of my information - other then that software is fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the premium and business software in January, however the business program is constantly getting an error message "that the program has encountered an unexpected error and needs to close", I have never had this issue in prior years. I also called for support, and they just told me to shut down and re start which works occasionally.
I have been struggling with restarting the program continuously in order to complete a business return, which means it takes me hours longer than it should.
Very disappointed in the business program.
The individual program does not seem to have this issue.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Schedule M15, Underpayment of Estimated Income Tax

Good for federal returns, not so great for states

Overall, the federal business return worked well, but I was disappointed that I was unable to do my corporate state tax returns through this software (I live in MA). For the personal return, it turned out that I had to pay to file my state return, which surprised me. I thought the purchase of this product included one free filing of a state return.
