The individual tax portion is very good. The business portion is awful.

For two consecutive years the business portion could not retrieve the previous year's information. In addition, because the information claims it is stored in a database instead of a file, saving data is perilous. If the local database service does not shut down correctly all the data entry you have done is lost. Frequent saves don't help, in fact it just increases the chances that the database will somehow trip on itself and become corrupted and lost.

Doesn't Work For Businesses As Well As Turbotax

Terrible product. Wanted to try after years of Turbotax. I'm had to track down where values in boxes came from with no help from HRB. Turbotax always told me where the value in the box came from when I clicked it.

I bought this program online. It can be confusing to get a program. They advertise for one price and when you get into it, it's a different price. This program was a bit pricey for what I needed, but I wanted to make sure that I have the capability to do whatever may have been necessary to file my taxes.
