--It's always a slap in the face when I buy this program every November, only to be sent a discount coupon in December once I've paid full price. I've been a loyal customer for nearly two decades, and I wish you'd help the early birds like me still get a good price.
--I love that you keep this software the same every year and only change what needs to be changed. The common look/feel is so nice. Please continue to keep your visual layout people muzzled and not let them change things. (One of the reasons I hate Microsoft and Windows).
--This year I found two problems with the program (numerical entry issue on a new form), which I reported as bugs. I wish you would report back to me if/when the bugs are fixed.

crappy software, but, its much cheaper than others

Does not come with Form 709. Geez, you would think at the top of the line your product would come with all the forms, but no, it does NOT. Overall, the product is difficult to use, with quirky placement of buttons and tabs; Clearly, no human factors people were involved in your UI. Software can not handle K1s very well. Your stupid audit checks keep flagging items related to WA state income tax, but, well, WA state has no income tax; you would think it would know that, considering this has been true for many decades now. It's generally a poor tax prep software. Why I buy it, is that it is much cheaper than any alternative.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Errors Not Explained

I used this product and for the most part, I had no problems. After importing stock broker final reporting statement, I received 48 errors. The trouble shooting resulted in many hours of going through each transaction to fix. I didn't realize that form 8949 had already been incorporated into my return. Not what I paid for

I like the program. My only complaint is the IRS hasn't taken the money out of my checking account after 20 days so far, and I have no way of finding out why. The IRS website doesn't really say if the payment is pending.

Disappointed in program. It charges for state bef

Not happy. You keep charging me for wi efile. I got 2 back. I havent looked on bank account yet to see if it was credited back. You are supposed to charge until federal is excepted. But whenever you go back on to finalize you get charged. I will go on tonight and try again. I didnt have enough in the bank to have youto keep charging me. Very disappointed.
