Almost 3 weeks into tax season before I could efile my 1040 with Schedule and vehicle expenses is unacceptable. I am still not convinced it was complete. Very disappointed

It got the job done but crashed constantly. The interface is clunky and i had to go to Google to find answers that were not in the FAQ. The product has not kept up with the digital age.
