I bought the premium edition for the past few years and generally have no issues loading my past years return onto the current return and just updating the figures I need but had nothing but issues with my business return because some of the entries defaulted to options that I don't use causing lots of errors to fix. I ended up creating 3 version and still got an irs error after submitting.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not allow efiling and offered no understanda

Last year I switched from Turbotax because they were late on finalizing forms needed for filing. This year your software would not let me efile, gave an indeciferable error code for which you offered no help. The software is easy to use but living in Brazil efiling is very important to me. I will be going back to Turbotax next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This software works great for my family taxes, but is clunky and downright infuriating for my business taxes.
On the business side, there's no tax file saved as a backup on my pc anywhere. All the data is somehow buried in the Windows application data. This is unacceptable in 2025. I should be able to uninstall the application without losing my import data for next year.
