Good product except only after an update in late January did I feel "comfortable" with the product. It would be a great relief if the user was informed before hand to wait for the update that the provider knows was needed to get programed results expected by user.

The business program blew up about 10 times and had to be reinstalled each time. In my final attempt I got it to work but it wouldn't print. I had to copy forms by hand. I think there was a printer update which i installed around the 7th or 8th iteration of the program. Note too that i didn't know what was going on so I downloaded the program (I think 5 times) trying to get it to work and was then informed that I had used up my downloads. (If I'm crazy enough to use this program next year, you owe me a freebie. I might just give it to my neighbor--I don't like him very much.) PS I am using Windows 10.

Been using the program for years and for someone picking it up and trying I would not recommend.
You have to know the product and the curves it gives you year after year. Not to mention I have returns that require the NJ state return and while I understand it’s required to submit through NJ, why can HR at least offer a template of what to expect.

This is the fourth year of using this software package after having used a professional level tax preparation package for over 25 years. I like the clean interface, but miss having the option of having an interactive review mode when getting ready to electronically file the income tax return. What I mean by this, is being able to drill down and make corrections. I do use the review features prior to filing, but being able to get to the input data more directly is what I miss. Other than this, I believe this is a great product.
