Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Correcting errors is nearly impossible. The print size and color of the entry box are hard to read. After 10 years of use, I will not purchase it again. Very disappointing.

The software was not good. I was difficult to navigate, and didn't ask me questions. It seemed to think I knew the tax laws and just needed forms to fill in. For "help" it sent to me the IRS booklet on how to fill out the form. I wasn't able to get either of my Business forms to email -and I had to spend over an hour on the phone to get back into a business return I had started.

I had the most difficult time with this software. It had too many errors and had to shut down and restart mutiple times. I called for help and was actually told to wait a few days and see if a patch comes out.
