The software was not good at all. It would not bring all of my past year to the present year.
It would make mistakes about this year, I had to call 5 times to get correction resolved.
I have been using this for 12 years and this was the 1st year that it was not good at all.
Previous years it would make the same mistake, you finally got that one resolved.

disappointed with program

I am a retired H & B Block tax preparer. Have always used their program. So disappointed with the program this year!!!! Much harder to use than previous ones. First of all, I got tricked into ordering the Premium & Business - that I didn't use!!! I do my daughters tax return and her husband has a at home business which I didn't need this edition to process. Second their return has just gotten rejected twice!!! They had a non-cash donation of $750, which triggered the 8283 - couldn't pass accuracy review. Reduced donation to $500 & deleted 8283, rejected! Went into the program, deleted the donation completely & 8283. reentered the $500 donation, had to eliminate 8283 again. resent return, rejected again but with different concerns - mailing it in!!
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Functional - and a very good price for software to file S-Corp returns - but it's buggy, and at times incredibly slow, and particularly with complicated business forms, the interface has a tendency to get in the way.
