I have been with HR Block since 2008. I must say that since they started doing digital software rather than CDs, getting started each year has been a challenge. However, once you are in the program, it is self-explanatory: support is excellent when you have a question and will stay with you until the issue or question is found.l
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought and did my taxes all in one day, would give higher rating, but the descriptions of the levels led me to believe I needed the business software when I didn’t. I have a small dba business and didn’t need the full blown business product. Otherwise very happy with it.

It does the job and at a very good price. But there is something wrong with the interview process for the Foreign Tax Credit - Form 1116. Each year I complete the interview and answer all of the questions correctly and then end up with a slew of errors that I have to correct in order to submit the form by e-mail. It would be better to address these issues during the interview rather than as an error correction exercise.
