You advertise your product to be as good if not better than TurboTax. I purchased both the business and personal software. The business software was pathetic as compared to Turbo tax. Unlike TurboTax, which has a great integrated guiding process throughout all business tax forms that assures all documents are accurately completed. Your business software simply takes the preparer to the IRS website to be left without guidance to read the actual tax law! What would take about 60 minutes with TurboTax took >8 hours using H&R Block.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mostly, the programs work well. However, there is still confusion between the Ohio Income Tax, and the Ohio School District Income Tax. No matter how careful I am your' program confuses my quarterly estimates between these two taxes. I just got a bill for the school tax estimates that were credited to the income tax.

I have been using Taxcut for >15 years. I use the software loaded on my laptop for personal and business taxes. I have seen quality of software go down over the years. Some of the flows don’t work and there is no help. Lately I had to devise work around.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

The individual tax portion is very good. The business portion is awful.

For two consecutive years the business portion could not retrieve the previous year's information. In addition, because the information claims it is stored in a database instead of a file, saving data is perilous. If the local database service does not shut down correctly all the data entry you have done is lost. Frequent saves don't help, in fact it just increases the chances that the database will somehow trip on itself and become corrupted and lost.
