Business program will not print Sub-S return. Program closes automatically. Can’t even prepare the state return.

Business section had no interview hardly and was just a very poor way of filling out a form. To make matters worse they had state returns for Arkansas but not California
Cons: Hard to import documents

The program is not smart enough to handle updates

Long time H&R Block user. I think I am stuck with it but looking for better alternatives.
- When making corrections, one has to go back through many pages and start over. Cannot go directly to the specific issue.
- When transmitting e-files for the first time, the program stopped after all the inputs and told me to update the software before proceeding. It should have been checked well before transmission.
- IP Pin requirements should have been highlighted well with the proper section. I didn't find out until IRS rejected my e-File, then I had to go back through the entire submittal process.
Very frustrating.
- K-1 filing section is very poor and not helpful. Ya'll need to fix this section.
