Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I have used this product for over forty years without a single problem ~ until this year, that is. I have called several times trying to either resolve or even understand a submittal rejection code. No one can help me get it resolved and my only path forward is to paper file my taxes. However, my state filing is for Bew York State, which requires all filings to be done electronically.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Business Software Is Horrible!!!

The business software needs significant improvement. It does not display right, the interview is difficult, and overall, not user friendly. I would not recommend this to anyone nor will I use it again.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
