I am profoundly disappointed by the inability of this program to allow the transfer for tax return data from one computer to another. I have used your personal tax return program for many years and this year's .T24 file extension (for example) makes finding that file very easy. I do not understand why the business software does not have a similar simple format

Can’t access my return on my cell phone and it won’t print on my printer.plus RMD screens and questions are very confusing

I was nervous doing taxes this year as it was our first time dealing with a personal business, but the H&R block software walks you through every step and gives great explanations when we weren't sure what something meant. Extremely helpful and simple!

Easy and comprehensive. I've used this software for many years, and it has always worked well for me. The guided interview captures all of the things that I need. I think it takes longer to gather all the documents than to complete my taxes in the H&R Block software! When I'm done it's good to see their reminder that they'll help if there's and IRS question. Never needed it, but nice to know.

This product is awful (premium & business). If there was anything else I would switch but I have a business. It crashes constantly and I get strange errors every year (3 years now). State filings give no guidance. I used Turbo Tax before opening a business and I wish your product was more user friendly and the software more up to date.
