The business software was not nearly as user friendly as the personal tax return program. As a result I was not able to use it to file the returns for my trust. When I say user friendly, it was both with being able to jump between forms easily and consistently and more importantly, the questions to prompt one through completing it. I also thought that the clearing of errors aspect did not provide enough information to be able to clear them. I was disappointed with the business program.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The regular premium software is quite good. The business software is useless. I would have been better off printing and filling out the forms manually. Even once I got The federal data entered the state forms did not work at all. The data is not transposed from the federal forms to the state forms and requires overrides to get it to work properly. This was a waste of my money and time. I will not be buying this software again.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Have used for many years. This year I had to deal with under withholding for the first time. The program was complicated and prompts were confusing.

Generally very good user interface this year. There are still some glitches getting to the right place to enter data on the appropriate forms (especially when entering data from a K1 with special codes): the program tells you where to enter the data, however it can be challenging to get to the right place where you can actually enter the data.

Too much paper is wasted with the Schedule D worksheets.
Even if want to print just one page of say the 1040 without the accompanying schedules, can't do.
Otherwise do appreciate the Business 1041 return, though not as easy to deal with as the 1040 form
