I don’t care for my tax return to be labeled Sr Tax Tetun. I prefer a regular 1040. I also want the ability to complete the return on the form without having to answer questions. I’m not a beginner. There should be levels of preparation.

I used the software to file a 1065 partnership return but there are issues with it. I received an error after fling for something that was not in the review errors list. Also there is no state interview to help with completing the state.

Telephone support was much quicker than in past years but it got me nowhere. They kept passing me on to another agent who would be more familiar with the downloaded software. None of them knew anything about the downloaded software. Callback from live local agents were arranged. Again. They did not work with the downloaded software.
