I am still really upset that I cannot upload the export file for the business from last year's filing as the programs were installed on a clean new computer. It never recognized that the file was right there on the external drive. Hate that.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

The business premium deluxe package did not include forms for 1020S this year. The web site was full of irrelevant, long-winded, evasive details. The only way to contact support was by telephone. After 20 minutes my call was dropped because they were closing for the day. I gave up on trying to reach support.
