Overall I am satisfied. This year the K1 entries had to have extensive manual manipulation that has not existed in prior terms. The small business and investment reporting have always been the reason I have purchased your product.

Form 8919 is not supported and no instruction on how to import that form into your system. Funny though it added form when printed out return. But not for e filing what’s up with that.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Gave you a three, but upgraded you to a four because three stands for average. You are far better than TaxAct, and hundreds times better than Turdo Tax. Still parts of the program needs reconfiguring. The Business program does not correlate to the Personal program very well. There are parts of the program that could use some better explanations, possible better directions and some down right adding the correct forms rather than willie nillie just because its available lets throw it in. It causes problems when the program adds a form that you don't need, don't fill out and than it throws errors at the end. Frustrating. BUT NO WHERE CLOSE TO BEING AS FRUSTRATING AS TURDO TAX>

Gets the job done. UX has been fairly consistent. Have been using HRBlock since 2011 (previously all by hand). If you have mildly complex returns there are lots of entries to review and the 'Mark as tentative' or 'Override' aren't very clear on how or why they should work. Perhaps some investment needs to go into these aspects of the product or providing better documentation. IIRC in previous versions you could see state and federal tax together - I may have chosen a different option this year but I can't see them on the same page anymore but did receive the proper notification emails!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
