I've been using Tax Cut for many years now, switching over from Turbo Tax when it was revealed Turbo Tax installed "root kits" along with their software.
Over the years, Tax Cut interface has remained largely the same which is nice since I don't need to re-learn how to use a new program year after year. I've also found that the help system and links to quick tips have become more thorough.
One of the frustrations I do have however is filing joint federal with my spouse. We live in different states (amicably separated). We file a joint return but fine individually in each state. Presently it means figuring taxes three times since to complete each state you have to complete a married filing single return for each of us to arrive at proper state tax return, in addition to the joint federal. Maybe no way around it, but it makes filing more complicated and labor intensive.
If I had a wish, it would be for an easier way to calculate taxes on a single pass to accomplish above.

There were sections it led me to complete even though there was no hope of applying the results to my return. Example, moving expenses, the program had already determined it was not a military move -- so why walk me down all the questions for moving expenses costing me hours of time?
