Your software program will not allow me file my tax return you charged me times for my state return that is pending in my bank account and I had to file an extension because you guys could not fix your program

I did not like that I couldn't pay my Arizona state tax through the program. It told me I had to mail the check. Luckily Arizona allows you to pay the tax due on their website. I probably will go back to Turbo Tax next year.

Business file type get errors when try to open
