Verified Purchase:Yes
Had a problem with a State return (KS). While itemizing deductions was clearly the best/logical option, the state defaulted to Standard deduction and did not ask about it in the interview process. I called and left a complaint but there was no response. Filed electronically and there was no way to amend electronically. Very frustrating.

I don’t understand why this kind of UI still exists, I’m an engineer, I can think of zero reasons why this is acceptable. Plus the app crashed when I was about to submit the corporate extension, I had to use another service to complete it
