Really bad experience. I had my return info all entered, and when trying to perform the state calculations, the state module was not yet updated. This caused the entire program to crash, and then it would not correctly load the return until the state module update was available.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am disappointed to still be waiting for my Iowa refund - message is they are still reviewing our return. It was submitted Mar. 21 and still no update as of 04/22/25. It was accepted, just like the federal return.

The 2024 tax program proved to be far better than previous editions. I had no problem preparing 3 different taxes. The "helps" built into the program had better explanations than previously. I was pleasantly pleased. I
