Generally software works, there were several strange issues on business taxes and even ersonal taxes this year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Fairly straightforward to use without comprehensive knowledge of the process of tax preparation. One big flaw: does not prepare city taxes except for one city in Michigan. Major, major flaw for those needing to prepare a city tax return

I have been using the software for a few years now since switching from Taxcut. I like that the price is reasonable. What I don’t like and could be better is getting to forms that I want to double check and returning to exactly where I left off. When jumping back to a form I have to go through all the steps after that point that I already answered. Otherwise it’s been a good app for me.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Awful. The business software refused to install or uninstall resulting in my paying late fee penalty. They hide the data files for business user so you will come back to them for purchase year after year. The personal tax software is much better and does its job.
