software is OK but don't call support ..... they barely speak english and after 20 minutes trying to explain a fairly simple question I finally aft6er asking to speak with a supervisor had to give up and just end the call totally frustrated!
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program did the job fine. There were two things that I found frustrating. When I want to print the forms, I am not given the option of printing them back to back. Mailing and storing 19 pieces of paper is better than 38 pieces, not to mention the waste of paper with printing on one side. Also, when paying taxes due with a credit card, it would have been VERY nice to have been warned that we would automatically be charged a 2.9% convenience fee. It was only after the fact that this was stated and by then it was too late to cancel the transaction.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overpaid for the software based on the line up of software offered in the store. Not Mac compatible! The program felt very 2010 and did not feel like a ton of work was done to simplify the process for the end user.

Used the Premium & Business software end of March after the new 2024 Turbo Tax w/o the CD had glitches/errors in its website download version. Easy to complete my returns but would not let me back to review my final product; nor was I able to use this to amend my return when I did find info I had missed to enter.
