Overall, The software worked fine. However, I did have a couple of hiccups. I called to get help and nobody returned my call. So I just submitted the claim. Hopefully it won’t get rejected.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Could not file electronically

None of the default information imported from last year was correct. The print and pdf functions are nonstandard. I have never had trouble filing electronically before. Since the default key was not correct, I had to enter a credit card.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got what I expected, but it wasn't super user friendly, nor was it really clear what I was doing and jumping around to try and see how things were affected when making updates was very clunky.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Generally speaking, the software is quite good, but I had a terrible time trying to print my partnership return. The software crashed about 40 times and I had to keep re-starting it.

I am a regular user. There are a few bugs in the business program that give me pause on future use. I have not been able to import prior tax returns for the second or third year in a row. Also the ‘review’ on the business program is extremely slow.

Needed to file in 8 states plus federal. Software functionality was more like a 4 star, but it would not allow me to file a single state electronically.

Interview process is very difficult. I don't understand how you think it is acceptable to cop out with a statement that the program does deal with a particular aspect of the code. Even more frustrating to try to find the source of a calculated field and be told the is no related link.
