Love using this program. Been using this software for 15 years. It is very easy to use, there are helps every step of the way, ensures you'll be queried so you get the most out of tax filing and you can submit electronically.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Too many calculation errors and incorrect carrying from federal to state returns (Kentucky). Now I have to file amended returns, but I will do them manually. No faith in a program where I have to double check every line.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

H & R Business leaves out some important features. You have to leave the program to get some of the forms and instructions needed to complete the tax forms.

Additional cost for previously paid for tax produc

You tried to charge me for a last year's tax product I already paid once. I needed to reinstall last year's tax software on my computer and I found out that my activation code is worthless. I know that previously reloading a prior year tax product done for free.
