The partnership return was incredible complex and if you have an error it isnt easy to resolve. Also, I wasnt able to transmit so I had to print it off and send. Lastly, I had to pay for electronic filing on top of my software

Horrible support this year and I’ve been using your product since 2009. 2025 Business software would not open on any of my three computers and your escalation department abruptly closed my cases without resolution without resolution. Very disappointing this year. I have no choice but to use Turbo Tax this year for my 1065 filing

No support for preparing 1099-NEC in Prem Business

My question was how to prepare a 1099-NEC for my non-emp contractors, which the Premium Business software is supposed to do. I do not find any module to create these in my software installation.
The support person didn’t have any idea what I was talking about.

Premium great...business needs a lot of help

The personal income tax premium was great. I trust it. The business side leaves a lot to be desired. It kept closing ("The program encountered an unexpected error and needs to close"). This only began when I downloaded the NY state forms. Multiple tries as updating the program with the same result. I was able to bypass it by opening the forms directly and doing the work on them following last year's 1041 as a guide. But, the interview interface should have worked, and it didn't. I am not happy about that. To boot, it will not allow me to efile, and NY requires efile according to the information in the instructions. You need to invest some time having the developers fix these glitches.

I bought this thinking it would be a good thing. There is no direction and no benefit of using this. Not only do you have to buy the software, you also have to pay to mail the return. Not even close to being worth it.
