The software had issues just installing and running on two different machines. Multiple support calls over weeks was not helpful. The business software did a poor job explaining questions leaving me to research on my own what was required. Personal did import from the previous year ok across OS platforms.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

You do not tell me when IRS accepted my 1065 return.
Only my 1040, why not my 1065 return??
You have never corrected you B from on the 1065 when it says if I check yes to all of them, then I do not have to file the other forms. Every year I have to call you and wait for hours, then I finally get it fixed, because the error is new red. This year you changed it to yellow and I did have to fix it, but they accepted it with yellow errors saying with writing.

The partnership return was incredible complex and if you have an error it isnt easy to resolve. Also, I wasnt able to transmit so I had to print it off and send. Lastly, I had to pay for electronic filing on top of my software

Horrible support this year and I’ve been using your product since 2009. 2025 Business software would not open on any of my three computers and your escalation department abruptly closed my cases without resolution without resolution. Very disappointing this year. I have no choice but to use Turbo Tax this year for my 1065 filing
