Business software is old, cumbersome and too hard

The small business software to file an extension is too confusing and cumbersome for an S Corp. It should be right at the beginning and obvious. Also, it doesn't tell you where last year's file is saved or let you save it somewhere else. Overall, clunky, outdated and cumbersome. I just filed the extension on paper
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Awful for business. Don’t waste your money.

Business would not get passed the “calculating depreciation, please wait”. I had to open a different return and manually enter everything. The software has been declining every year, but I’m looking for a new software at this point. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
