At first it kept giving me errors I called and they said I had to wait. So I waited Finally it went through. For whatever reason. But it is easy to do and you can call them to help you figure out thr problem

I’ve used this program for over 30 years with no problem. This year the download got lost and I spent hours on the phone trying to find it. The program is good but there should not be issues obtaining it. (Yes, I did look in all my email folders)
