Hr block tax program I didn’t feel could help me make corrections to my tax return that I could understand and follow. I won’t buy this program in the future because of this issue. Poor instructions.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Product is great. Service is terrible. You've charged me 3 times for the same program. Even your support team couldn't fix the problem. They were the ones that cancelled the program and installed new ones. They left me hanging so I couldn't file a return. I had to turn to an outsider. I now have a claim number. What does that mean? Please have someone call me!

I cannot believe you eliminated the planning and filing info and forms for next year (2026) !!! I'm switching next year unless that returns !

I have used this tax prep many years in the past. I even switched over from a competitor and have not been tempted to go back. I would like to suggest a “reminder message” for those times tax forms get interrupted and are incomplete or unsent!

I have purchased your software for many years now. I moved to Sweden 29 years ago. This is my ONLY permanent address. I wish someone would explain to my why your web site will not allow me to put in my permanent Swedish address as where I live.

EFTPS Electronic Federal Tax Payment System. I could not find it so I could increase the amount of money I was paying to the federal government. I talked to 5 different people on the telephone over 3 days and nobody could tell me. They said use search button and AI button. It took me 3 days to find EFTPS
