Had to pay for it twice

I used what came in the mail and tried multiple times to install following online help instructions. Never worked. No number to call. Almost went with another vendor but really wanted something compatible with prior years. Had to pay again to download from website.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brought it two months ago.Now I am happy. Easy to use for tax time.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Best Do It Yourself Tax Software

I bought this software at Walmart and got my taxes done early as always it guided me at every step of the way
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
