I have used H&R Block for many years. Their online help quickly and easily answers any questions I have. I also like it because it rolls over the prior years information. At the end it’s very helpful that it reviews for errors and I love that it guarantees help should I get audited. Since taxes themselves are not easy (I have a few issues and not a straightforward return) no product is going to be a breeze.

This was my first time using this program to do my taxes. It was simple and easy to use. I’m giving it four out of five due to the fact that the program got my AGI wrong from the previous year so my initial return was rejected. (This was automated) Also it couldn’t import my W2s and I had to manually input the information. I recommend the software.
