Quick and Easy

I purchased Basic program online, entered the information, and I was done in less than an hour. The program moved smoothly. I have been using H&R Block for the past 10 years. The information transfers easily.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I switched to H&R Block from Turbo Tax a few years ago when Turbo Tax started charging to eFile federal tax returns. The Basic 2017 software is so easy to use with the interview process so I know that I'm not missing any important details. The explanations for the different features and terms are also very handy and easily understood. Each year the new version seems to get a little better than the previous.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for 10+ years now and would not think about trying another software because it is so easy to use, complete and thorough. Thanks H&R Block - keep up the great work!!!!
