It works. It isn't too hard to use. It is a good value for the price. That being said, I did LOTS of financial research into my past year that was totally unnecessary. HOURS of my time for nothing. If I were redesigning these questions, I would FLAG the questions that are moot for folks who know in advance that the standard deduction (and SHOW early in the process how much that would be based on income) will be higher than itemized can possibly be. I would have just skipped those questions and saved myself the trouble.
