This is my second year of using H&R Block software. It worked well for me. There were, however, a few things that could be improved:
1. Do not force the user to install your PDF printer if I already have one (different) installed on my PC.
2. Improve the interview for form 2210 with AI Schedule. Doing AI Schedule should immediately uncheck the box in 2210 that says that IRS will figure the penalty. This is now a source of confusion because telling 2210 that you want IRS to figure the penalty will cause the AI Schedule to be ignored.
3. I needed to prepare my 1040ES for this year and wanted to put my own estimates (override the values). I was unable to figure out how to easily open these forms, override the amounts, and print only those forms. I am sure it can be done, but it was harder than expected and unintuitive.
4. Figure out how to make your software handle amended returns WITH e-file. For now this feature is not available.

Been using your software for years now after Turbo Tax got too expensive for my fairly simple return. All of my income is 1099's but I do a lot of stock trades on Schwab. I love that I can download the Schwab 1099's right into you software that calculates interest income and long and short term capital gains right into my return with no further input from me. As I live in Florida there is no state income tax so I don't need the state software.
