Problem with Deluxe software

If you import last years data and it was your first year using H&R Block. You will have a problem with entering last years AgI It will show 0 and it can't be changed. The IRS will not accept your return.

Easy to use

This is the 12th year I have been using H&R Block tax software and I haven't had a problem I couldn't resolve with a little research provided by the software. Sometimes the fixes are confusing, but completable.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Incorrect AGI for 2016

You automatically entered $186,540 as our AGI for 2016, and the IRS rejected the return. I "overrode" your entry and substituted $475,844 as the AGI for 2016. The IRS accepted this number. You made a serious error.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Wrong AGI from Last Year

Incorrectly listed 0 for my AGI from last year. Program would not let enter manually. As a result IRS rejected e-file.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
