Basic Fed. Tax Package

I have been using H&R Block tax software for years. I've always been pleased with the price and performance. Tonight, I finished my 2017 return and used E filing for the first time. It was easy and intuitive to use. I will continue to buy from Block for years to come, I'm sure.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Fast

Easy to use and love the downloading of data

Filed simple form but loved that I didn't have to enter all the data on the W2. I live in a state that has no tax but the program kept asking me to fill in the state withholding.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I have a small business and the H&R Block software makes it very easy to file my taxes.

CAN'T IMPORT LAST YEAR'S DATA

For the third year using H&R Block, I could not import last year's tax information. The help directions did not apply to what I saw on the screen. I had to manually input the data. I have a simple return that should have taken 30 minutes. It took 90 minutes!
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import

Have purchased this software for many years and will continue to do so. It is frustrating/annoying to re-enter info on the Worksheet that is already in the imported previous year's info.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming
