Charged twice

The product was easy to use but has since charged my account twice for the filing fee. I will be disputing this with my bank.

Had some flaws

We kept getting an error message but did not get an explanation. The darn thing got in a loop and would no let us get past the final step. I saved our info end exited the software. Finally after an hour of frustration, I got it corrected.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good, needs some tweeking

Good but can get a little confusing with the screens. Especially with fixing final review items before an efile can be completed.
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Helpful but misses data already entered

Once again this program will not let me e-file because it insists I have nt entered data (addresses of Annuity providers) even though I have entered them, see them there when I print. So again I am forced to print and mail and wait and wait for my refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Except for some initial download problems, where I had to call H&R Block, the program is very good. I have used H&R Block for several years.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

had to download instead of use cd

I usually get the cd in the mail & use it. This year I had to download because the cd mailed to me failed. It would not install not matter what I tried.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
